Heculeads costs $3.99 per month. This is our only plan — simple and straightforward. No hidden tiers, no feature gating. You get full access to all features.
Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start your trial. After 7 days, you'll be prompted to subscribe to continue using the add-on.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same day you subscribed. You'll receive an email receipt for each payment.
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. When you cancel:
- You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle
- No further charges will be made
- Your data and settings remain intact if you decide to resubscribe later
If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you'll retain full access to Heculeads until the end of that cycle. For example, if your billing date is the 15th and you cancel on the 5th, you can use the add-on until the 15th. After that, access will stop unless you renew.
Due to the nature of digital subscriptions, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us at info@heculeads.com and we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
🚀 Getting Started
Install Heculeads from the Google Workspace Marketplace:
- Search for "Heculeads: Sheet & Calendar Sync"
- Click "Install" and grant the required permissions
- Open any Google Sheet and find Heculeads in the Extensions menu
Heculeads requires access to:
- Google Sheets: To read and write event data in your spreadsheet
- Google Calendar: To create, update, and read calendar events
- Google Contacts (optional): To provide a guest picker for adding event attendees
Your data never leaves Google's servers. We don't store any of your data externally.
Follow these steps:
- Step 1: Open the Heculeads sidebar from Extensions → Heculeads → Open Sidebar
- Step 2: If your sheet is empty, click "Create Template" to auto-generate all columns
- Step 3: If you have existing data, use the column mapper to match your columns
- Step 4: Run "Setup All Triggers" from the menu to enable automatic sync
- Step 5: Start adding or editing rows — events sync automatically!
✨ Features
Two-way sync means changes flow in both directions:
- Sheet → Calendar: Edit a row in your spreadsheet, and the corresponding calendar event updates automatically
- Calendar → Sheet: Edit an event in Google Calendar, and your spreadsheet row updates to match
This keeps your data consistent across both platforms without manual copying.
Heculeads supports full recurring event configuration:
- Frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly
- Repeat Every: Every 1, 2, 3... intervals (e.g., every 2 weeks)
- Repeat On: Specific day of the week (for weekly recurrence)
- Ends: After X occurrences, or on a specific date, or never
Yes! Use the Import feature in the sidebar:
- Set a date range (From/To)
- Optionally filter by a search term
- Select which calendars to import from
- Click Import — events are added to your sheet with all details mapped correctly
🔧 Troubleshooting
Try these steps:
- Check triggers: Run "Setup All Triggers" again from the menu
- Check the sidebar: Ensure your columns are properly mapped
- Check required fields: Make sure Title and Start Date have values
- Check Last Sync Status: Use the "Show Last Sync Status" menu option to see detailed debug info
This means the Google Calendar Advanced Service isn't enabled. To fix:
- Open the Apps Script editor (Extensions → Apps Script)
- Click "Services" (+ icon) in the left sidebar
- Find and add "Google Calendar API"
- Save and retry
