Welcome to Heculeads. By using our Google Workspace Add-on ("Heculeads: Sheet & Calendar Sync"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Heculeads, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Heculeads.

2. Description of Service

Heculeads is a Google Workspace Add-on that synchronizes data between Google Sheets and Google Calendar. The service allows you to:

  • Create, update, and delete calendar events from spreadsheet data
  • Import calendar events into spreadsheets
  • Configure recurring events with full RRULE support
  • Automatically generate Google Meet links for events
  • Maintain two-way synchronization between Sheets and Calendar

3. Account and Access

To use Heculeads, you must have a Google account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Google account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring you have the right to access and modify the calendars and spreadsheets you connect

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Heculeads for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the add-on
  • Use the service to spam or harass others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated means to access the service beyond normal add-on operation
  • Share your subscription access with others not authorized on your account

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Subscription: After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.

  • The subscription costs $3.99 per month
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of that billing period, then access stops unless you renew
  • We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice; you will be notified via email before any price increase

6. Intellectual Property

Heculeads and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Heculeads and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service without explicit written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Heculeads is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Heculeads is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Availability or uptime guarantees
  • Accuracy of synchronization

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heculeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Calendar scheduling errors
  • Missed appointments due to sync failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heculeads and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Heculeads at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Heculeads after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
